Dr. El Mehdi BELLFKIH
Researcher, Consultant & Demography Specialist
PhD in Applied Mathematics, specializing in algebraic coding theory and metaheuristic methods. Held key roles at the Fida Mers Sultan Directorate and the Regional Academy of Education and Training for Casablanca-Settat, within the Planning and School Mapping Division. Currently a Professor at the Center for Educational Guidance and Planning (COPE) in Rabat.

Currently Professor of Computer Science at the Center for Guidance and Educational Planning (COPE) in Rabat. Her research focuses on applying artificial intelligence to educational data analysis frameworks.

Education planning expert with UNESCO-IIEP Pôle Dakar since 2021; previously an education planning inspector and consultant within Morocco's Ministry of National Education.
